MS Vista - the most secure system?

Microsoft is claiming that company's new baby, Windows Vista is the most secure (?) operating system. In despite of popular opinion about this code there were only 12 security issues discovered during the first quarter of operation of the new system on the market.

Is Vista really such impregnable fortress? Some independent analyst say that counting vulnerabilities is not the best metric...
